Dewey Beach Bars
The Starboard :The most well known and renowned bar at Dewey Beach. The Starboard has a large open outdoors area where you can dance, mingle, and just plain get nuts. To the left of the entrance is another open outdoors area that has a stage all the way back, tables for sitting down, and a big open area to break it down. 
Starboard is the mandatory hotspot of Dewey Beach where everyone launches off their weekend from. Expect everyone from the loud and rowdy to the shy and sexy. It is not uncommon for the guys to have their shirts off and the girls to be wearing bikinis while partying at the Starboard. Starboard is known for opening early for the true maniacs and has an amazing make your own bloody mary setup.
Bottle & Cork: 
The home of Dewey Beach Jam Session . Another great place for daytime partying. Like Starboard, expect to see lots of people wearing very little and going strong. Make sure you get in line right before 3pm at Bottle & Cork or you’re not getting in! The bands usually go on at 5pm and rock the night away. There are lots of bars and beer stations spread throughout the venue and people walking around serving jello shooters and shots. Bottle & Cork is known for hosting many big name bands. Berlin, Better than Ezra, Citizen Cope, Foreigner, Gin Blossoms, Live are just a few of the bands who have played at Dewey Beach in the Bottle and Cork’s history which extends back in time to 1936.
The Lighthouse: 
The light house offers a huge amount of open space and has a back deck that overlooks the water. Known for its Friday afternoon Taco Toss! the Dewey Beach Lighthouse is where most people begin their weekend. The Lighthouse is right across from the Rusty Rudder and is where most people end their nights. Make sure you get in before it gets too late or the lines will eat you alive!
The Rusty Rudder: 
The Rusty Rudder is a Dewey Beach favorite and the place to be to close out the weekend. They usually have a chill band early in the evening around 5pm but at the end of the night there’s a rockin band playing eighties for the ladies, nineties and the music of the 2000’s. Like the Lighthouse, Rusty Rudder has a huge open space that can pack in a huge crowd. There’s three different stages, three huge bars, 2 dance floors and plenty good looking people to mix it up with.
Jimmy’s Grille: 
Jimmy’s Grille is a new bar in dewey beach that opened up May 22nd, 2009, just in time for memorial day weekend at dewey beach. Jimmy’s Grille is located right on the main strip across the street from Bottle & Cork, and boasts a cool looking hut. This will be sure to bring in more wonderful party people of dewey beach!
